This role leads a distributed team of software engineers, establishes technical direction, mentors team members, and ensures the successful delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality applications, including implementation of a new AI driven SaaS application.
Candidates MUST have the following experience.
- AI assisted Software development, e.g., Claude Code, etc.
- C# / .Net / react /angular / SQL server / REST APIs – modern cloud app architecture
- IoT – connected devices experience
- Payments experience
- Multi-tenant SaaS platforms experience
- Budget management experience
- OWASP principles and PCI-aware application development.
- Have led a team of developers at least 2 years, including offshore team management
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, .NET/C#, Angular and/or React, SQL Server, NoSQL databases, REST APIs, and modern cloud application architecture.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and understanding of modern AI engineering concepts and responsible AI-assisted software development.
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms, IoT, payments, or connected devices.
- Knowledge of secure software development practices, including OWASP principles and PCI-aware application development. Azure certification and experience with Python, Next.js, LLM development, MCP, mobile applications, or payment technologies.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field required. Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered.
