Senior SDET | Automation, Performance & Test Infrastructure | Remote (US & Canada)Salary: $180K – $200K + equity + benefits

Who We’re Looking For:

✅ 5+ years as a Quality Engineer with strong automation experience (framework builders)

✅ Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or Go for automation

✅ Hands-on experience with Jest, Playwright, Cypress, Testcontainers, Docker-Compose

✅ Expertise across unit, integration, E2E, performance, contract, and security testing

✅ Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines at scale

✅ Strong analytical, debugging, and collaboration skills

Big Bonus Points:

• Mobile CI pipelines (React Native, Flutter)
• Performance/load testing (k6, JMeter, Locust)
• Regulated environments (PCI‑DSS, SOC2)
• GitOps/release orchestration (Argo CD, Spinnaker)
• Infrastructure, ops, or SRE background
• Exposure to GitOps or mobile-focused platforms
• Familiarity with cross-platform apps (React Native, Flutter)
• Prior experience operating self-hosted macOS build farmsWhat You’ll Do:

• Build & scale testing platforms for backend services, web, and mobile apps
• Integrate intelligent testing into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Buildkite, Jenkins, etc.)
• Drive shift-left testing strategies and continuous improvement across teams
• Own quality observability: dashboards, metrics, and reliability trends
• Apply SRE principles to testing reliability and post-incident reviews
• Champion a “you build it, you test it” mindset across engineering

This is a 100% remote role open across the US & Canada (excluding Quebec), with optional collaboration in San Francisco.
