As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at our cutting-edge intelligence firm, you'll be a driving force behind our
mission to revolutionize the software intelligence landscape. In this role, you'll spearhead the full lifecycle
development of trail-blazing solutions that empower Security, Defense, Intelligence, and Government
organizations worldwide to gain unprecedented insights and maintain a crucial competitive edge.
The Opportunity:
- Architect visionary software platforms from concept to deployment using emerging technologies
- Design enduring, scalable system architectures to build our powerful OSINT ecosystem
- Own a domain of the platform end to end, from design through delivery and production support
- Develop full-stack applications incorporating best-in-class web frameworks and APIs
- Flex your diverse skills across JavaScript, PHP, TypeScript, Golang, and more
- Practise test-driven development and continuous delivery, with telemetry and feedback loops that make
- Apply rigorous code review across the team, including validation of code produced with AI-assisted
- Implement robust security and data protection protocols across the stack
- Design and run structured training for the team, and mentor peers through review, pairing and hands-on
- Engage with clients and vendors to troubleshoot issues and communicate technical solutions
- Collaborate with elite intelligence analysts to continuously enhance our offerings
- Support our ambitious growth through customer engagements and strategic initiatives
- 5+ years of extensive full-stack software development experience
- Strong command of JavaScript, TypeScript, PHP and Go, and the ability to pick up new languages
- Expertise in designing and developing high-performance, secure architectures
- Sound judgement when reviewing code you did not write, including output from AI-assisted development
- Practical experience with test-driven development, continuous integration and delivery, and application
- The judgement to make a build versus buy decision and defend it
- Clear technical writing, including design documents and architecture decision records
- Experience designing and running training, and mentoring engineers of all levels as a peer rather than a
- Strong client-facing communication skills and vendor engagement experience
- A passion for staying ahead of the curve with emerging technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical challenges
- Experience in front-end web frameworks, Vue experience highly regarded
- Track record of thriving in a start-up environment preferred
