We are seeking a highly experienced React Developer with 10+ years of professional experience in designing and developing modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, front-end architecture, UI component design, state management, and API integration. The candidate will work closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and DevOps teams to build responsive and user-centric applications while following modern Agile and DevOps practices.
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior React Developer to join our team remotely on a full-time basis (W2 only, No C2C).
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable single-page applications (SPA) using React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript, ensuring high performance, maintainability, and reusable component architecture.
- Build and maintain reusable UI components and front-end libraries using React Hooks, Functional Components, JSX, and modern front-end development practices.
- Implement state management solutions using Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, or MobX to manage complex application state across large-scale enterprise applications.
- Develop responsive and mobile-first web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, and Material UI, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards.
- Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and microservices using Axios, Fetch API, or GraphQL, enabling seamless data communication between front-end and backend systems.
- Optimize application performance using React performance techniques such as code splitting, lazy loading, memoization, virtual DOM optimization, and server-side rendering (SSR).
- Implement unit testing and component testing using Jest, React Testing Library, Enzyme, or Cypress, ensuring code reliability and application stability.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into interactive and visually appealing web interfaces.
- Integrate applications with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps to enable automated build, test, and deployment processes.
- Utilize version control systems such as Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, or GitLab to manage source code and collaborate with distributed development teams.
- Implement modern front-end architecture patterns such as Component-Based Architecture, Micro Frontends, and Modular Development.
- Work within Agile/Scrum environments, participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure application security, scalability, and maintainability by following secure coding practices, coding standards, and front-end best practices.
- Mentor junior developers, perform code reviews, and contribute to improving development standards and best practices across the engineering team.
