About the role:
After two years of success in our Market Research apps, we’re expanding into the Gaming / Online Games vertical and building a new performance team around it.
We’re looking for a hands-on Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead global user acquisition campaigns for gaming offers. This is a key role that will shape our growth in this vertical, with full ownership of sourcing, managing, and optimizing affiliate and performance-based traffic.
The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of experience in UA or affiliate marketing within the gaming space, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and deliver results.
Responsibilities:
- Launch and manage global affiliate campaigns focused on gaming apps and offers
- Source and manage partners from affiliate networks, content creators, emailers, coreg, display, in-app, and rewarded channels
- Own campaign strategy, planning, and optimization to ensure KPI targets and ROAS goals are met
- Monitor user quality, identify fraud, and react quickly with data-driven decisions
- Manage media budgets and pacing across multiple partners and markets
- Use HasOffers and Adjust to manage tracking, approve partners, and ensure accurate attribution
- Stay sharp on competitor tactics and market trends to keep campaigns competitive
Required skills:
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, affiliate management, or UA — with a focus on Gaming / Online Games campaigns
- Strong experience working with MMPs and tracking tools like Adjust and HasOffers
- Comfortable managing partners and negotiating deals
- Analytical mindset — loves working with data and understands monetization metrics
- Up-to-date with advertising and mobile marketing trends
- Detail-oriented, self-organized, and performance-driven
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
- Positive, proactive attitude and a team-first mindset
- Willingness to travel for events, conferences, and partner meetings
