M365 Technical Lead

Job Title: Technical Lead – Microsoft 365 / Azure / Power PlatformLocation: Fully Remote (U.S. Based)Salary: $150,000 – $170,000 + Bonus + Full Benefits

We’re working with a forward-thinking enterprise team that’s looking for a Technical Lead with deep expertise across Microsoft 365, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform, and Azure. About the Role

As the Technical Lead, you’ll spend 80% of your time actively developing scalable, secure cloud applications and 20% guiding the team with best practices in coding, DevOps, and Agile delivery. You'll be a driving force behind architectural decisions, solution design, and continuous innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Lead by example, writing clean, scalable code in C#, React (or similar frameworks), SPFx, and Power Platform.
• Develop APIs and cloud-native components using Azure Functions, Graph API, PnP JS, and PowerShell.
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a collaborative engineering culture.
• Integrate intelligent features and AI services into business solutions.
• Drive Agile planning, sprint grooming, and DevOps practices using GitHub and Azure DevOps.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Azure, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform development.
• Expertise in SPFx, React/Angular, REST/Graph APIs, and scripting languages like PowerShell.
• Strong grasp of cloud-native patterns and CI/CD best practices.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership or team lead role.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Azure AI services or Generative AI tools (e.g., Azure Cognitive Services, OpenAI).
• Microsoft certifications related to Azure/M365.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
