About the Role

Are you passionate about solving real-world problems through innovative, high-quality software solutions? Redslim is looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications that power impactful data products.

In this role, you’ll work across the entire technology stack, building dynamic user interfaces with React and robust back-end systems with .NET. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, reliable, and user-centred products while leveraging AI-assisted tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and foster innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications across front-end and back-end systems.
• Build modern, responsive user interfaces using React.
• Develop and maintain back-end services, APIs, and business logic using .NET.
• Participate in software architecture design and code reviews, ensuring clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Integrate CI/CD workflows to enhance development processes and system reliability.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and cloud teams on system architecture and deployment best practices.
• Apply debugging and performance optimization techniques for high-quality software delivery.
• Follow and promote security best practices across all development activities.
• Use AI-assisted coding tools to improve productivity, testing, and documentation

What We’re Looking ForExperience:

• Strong proficiency (4+ years) in React and**.NET**, with hands-on experience building and maintaining full-stack web applications.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure or similar) and basic infrastructure design.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD workflows and automated development pipelines.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of debugging, performance optimization, and secure development practices.
