About The Role We are seeking experienced and motivated front-end engineers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining our web3 messenger platform, ensuring high-quality code and optimal user experience. You will own specific components of the codebase, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and contribute to setting technical standards within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in React development, TypeScript, and web3 technologies, with a passion for building scalable and secure decentralized applications. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing production, customer-facing React applications
• 7+ years of experience in frontend development using React or similar frameworks
• 1 year of hands-on experience with TypeScript
• Minimum of 3 years working with strongly typed programming languages
• At least 1 year leading or 2 years contributing to web3-centric projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Deep understanding of idiomatic UI implementation patterns
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Comprehensive knowledge of browser environments, including DOM, data-fetching APIs, storage, sessions, HTTP, and caching
• Working understanding of public key cryptography, encryption, signing, and related user flows
• Interest in semi-public-facing roles such as open-source software maintenance

Responsibilities

• Facilitate technical growth and knowledge sharing within the development team
• Develop, shape, and maintain effective technical processes and workflows
• Establish and uphold standards for craftsmanship and code quality
• Implement critical UI components, shared functionalities, and subsystems like monitoring, testing, and validation
• Rapidly develop functional UI elements from design mockups and workflow diagrams, ensuring correctness and readability
• Actively participate in discussions regarding ticket specifications, design reviews, and project planning
• Conduct thorough and constructive code reviews to maintain high standards
• Engage actively in GitHub discussions, issues, and pull requests to support project progress
• Provide technical guidance and support within GitHub and Discord communities
• Contribute to the growth and development of the engineering team through mentorship and collaboration
