2. About the Opportunity:
The Front-End Web Developer role focuses on building and optimizing B2B marketing websites. This position owns front-end development of marketing web properties, creating high-performance, accessible, and scalable web experiences that contribute to business growth. The role bridges design, technology, and marketing to deliver technical solutions aligned with business requirements. It requires balancing quality and speed to support rapid growth while maintaining code quality and performance at scale.
3. Responsibilities:
• Develop features and enhancements for marketing websites in a secure, well-tested, and performant manner
• Manage front-end web development projects from scoping through implementation and optimization
• Produce code that aligns with internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices
• Lead front-end architecture decisions, maintaining component libraries and ensuring accessibility compliance (WCAG)
• Optimize web pages for speed, scalability, and design consistency
• Collaborate on CMS integration to support seamless content management
• Implement responsive, mobile-first designs compatible across devices and browsers
• Work with marketing teams to implement tracking and analytics for measuring user behavior and conversions
• Conduct code reviews and mentor developers on front-end best practices and emerging technologies
• Partner with product and strategy teams to define technical requirements and deliver business outcomes
• Identify and enact improvements to the front-end codebase, focusing on performance, accessibility, and developer experience
• Stay updated on web technologies and frameworks to enhance marketing websites
4. Requirements:
• 4+ years of professional front-end web development experience, preferably supporting marketing or growth teams
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and expertise in React/NextJS (Vue.js or Angular considered)
• Experience with TypeScript and modern CSS methodologies (CSS-in-JS, CSS Modules, Tailwind, or similar)
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and inclusive web experience development
• Experience with modern hosting and deployment platforms (Vercel preferred)
• Experience with headless CMS platforms (Contentful preferred) and component-driven content architecture with Storybook
• Familiarity with modern development workflows: Git, CI/CD pipelines, build tools (Webpack, Vite, Turborepo), and package managers
• Proven ability to manage technical debt and lead system modernization
• Experience with lead generation form architecture including validation, routing, API integration, and bot prevention
• Experience implementing web analytics, data layer management, and tag management (Google Tag Manager a plus)
• Understanding of web performance optimization and SEO fundamentals including meta tag management, structured data, rendering, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for interfacing with non-technical stakeholders
• Experience contributing to team execution processes such as sprints, Jira, scoping, and documentation
• Self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and apply first-principles reasoning to technology impacts
• Experience integrating AI coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or MCPs into development workflows
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• The starting pay will be determined based on factors including skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions, with base salary localized accordingly
