Fullstack Developer

The platform serves nonprofits across North America, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Europe, handling millions of dollars in donations monthly through a complex product ecosystem that includes user-facing and administrative tools.

2. About the Opportunity:

The Fullstack Developer will play a critical role in developing and scaling core product features integral to the donation experience used by millions. This role involves building both frontend and backend components that emphasize code quality, scalability, and user experience. The position offers the chance to address real-world challenges at scale within a mission-driven environment and contribute meaningfully to the organization’s impact.

3. Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain frontend and backend features using React and Node.js.

• Develop core products including donation checkouts, widgets, and portals.

• Architect system components scalable to millions of monthly transactions.

• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.

• Lead technical design discussions to solve complex problems.

• Mentor colleagues through code reviews and feedback.

• Collaborate with product managers and designers to clarify requirements.

• Identify and resolve bugs and optimize performance.

• Actively use AI tools to enhance work processes and problem-solving.

4. Requirements:

• 7+ years of fullstack development experience.

• Deep understanding of modern JavaScript concepts.

• Expert proficiency with React and its ecosystem; Vue knowledge is a plus.

• Strong backend skills with Node.js; experience with Koa or NestJS preferred.

• Experience with Webpack configuration and performance optimization.

• Strong attention to detail and ownership of work.

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The compensation range for this role is: GEL10,500 - GEL13,800 gross per month.

• Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and alignment with the role''s requirements.
