Fullstack Engineer (Digital Experience)

2. About the Opportunity:

The Fullstack Engineer (Digital Experience) role involves owning and evolving the entire marketing site stack for the organization’s product, including frontend, CMS, backend services, analytics, and deployment. This role is crucial in shaping how customers first interact with and experience the product, working closely with design, marketing, and leadership teams. The engineer will have significant ownership and direct impact, delivering live experiences used by millions and continuously improving the product’s digital presence.

3. Responsibilities:

• Own and develop the full marketing site stack, including frontend, CMS, backend services, analytics, and deployment

• Lead development of customer-facing products and commerce tools in collaboration with Customer Experience and Product Design teams

• Partner with Design, Marketing, and Publishing to create and optimize content experiences that drive customer acquisition

• Build and maintain integrations with third-party APIs and external services

• Focus on performance and user experience, ensuring fast, polished, and intentional interactions

• Develop and maintain the Web Design System and component libraries to keep the product foundation consistent and scalable

4. Requirements:

• Strong, production-proven experience with TypeScript, React, and Next.js (or similar frameworks like SvelteKit)

• Proficiency across the full stack, including CMS platforms (e.g., Sanity, Contentful), APIs, backend services, and analytics

• Commitment to reliability and observability, including writing tests and setting up monitoring

• Ownership of work from scoping through deployment and production testing

• Experience collaborating with non-engineering teams such as marketers, designers, and stakeholders

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and ability to discern when to rely on or challenge them

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Annual salary: $115,000 - $145,000
