2. About the Opportunity:

The Senior Fullstack Engineer role involves leading the development and scaling of a multi-tenant SaaS platform with a focus on front-end architecture and full-stack integration. This position is responsible for evolving the front-end ecosystem while maintaining backend services to ensure performance, accessibility, and maintainability as the platform grows. The role includes driving architectural decisions, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality, secure, and scalable software delivery.

3. Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop front-end features using React.js and TypeScript

• Manage backend integrations and data access patterns end-to-end

• Build and maintain a scalable shared component library

• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver production-ready features

• Integrate with PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases via well-structured backend services

• Design, consume, and extend RESTful APIs supporting core workflows

• Enforce code quality through reviews and adherence to engineering standards

• Manage deployments, including debugging and performance tuning

• Lead architectural decisions and contribute to roadmap planning

• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through pairing and code review

• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in front-end and API layers

• Implement security-conscious development practices around authentication, RBAC, and data isolation

• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives

• Document work and promote knowledge sharing within the team

4. Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional full stack development experience, specializing in front-end architecture for B2B SaaS or cybersecurity platforms

• Proficiency in React 18/19, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and component architecture using libraries like Radix UI and Shadcn/UI

• Experience with React Router v7 and modern routing patterns

• Skilled with relational and document-based databases, including PostgreSQL and Firestore

• Familiarity with modern ORMs (preferably Drizzle) and schema validation tools like Zod

• Ability to design clean, scalable RESTful APIs

• Experience with multi-tenant architectures and implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) frameworks such as CASL

• Proficiency in testing frameworks including Vitest, Testing Library, and Playwright

• Comfortable with GCP ecosystem components such as Firebase/Identity Platform and Cloud Logging

• Knowledge of OpenTelemetry for monitoring production health

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern development workflows like Stacked PRs

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools for efficient coding

• Experience integrating third-party APIs and managing webhook reliability and data consistency

Nice to Have:

• Background in cybersecurity with an understanding of its UI/UX and security challenges

• A security-first approach to development, with awareness of OWASP Top 10 risks

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
