Senior Fullstack Engineer (AI-proficient)

2. About the Opportunity:

The Senior Fullstack Engineer (AI-proficient) role is responsible for independently managing product development from conception through deployment and performance analysis. This position directly influences the organization''s ability to deliver impactful features that enhance user experience and business metrics. The role involves close collaboration with product leadership, ownership of technical quality and production health, and setting standards for AI-assisted development processes.

3. Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end product development including specification, building, shipping, and metric tracking.

• Collaborate directly with product management to prioritize and define weekly development goals.

• Lead and oversee AI agent-assisted code reviews, test generation, and boilerplate production.

• Maintain production health metrics such as bug counts, incidents, and test coverage within the assigned area.

• Measure and improve development speed and throughput with defined personal performance targets.

• Apply critical judgment to prioritize work, suggesting experiments or rejecting features that do not impact key metrics.

4. Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Russian.

• Experience in product-focused companies with a strong understanding of feature success metrics including retention, conversion, and user experience.

• Practical experience integrating large language models or AI tools into production applications or workflows.

• Proven track record of delivering features that move business KPIs.

• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and Node.js with commercial experience in backend development using NestJS.

• Strong frontend development skills with frameworks such as React or Next.js.

• Experience with relational databases and query optimization.

• Experience managing large-scale MongoDB deployments.

• Familiarity with RabbitMQ and deep understanding of HTTP/1.1 protocol.

• Experience refactoring legacy codebases or major architectural components.

• Proficient with version control systems, specifically Git.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience designing complex information system architectures.

• Knowledge of Redis for caching and pub/sub.

• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• $4000-6500 salary range.

• 38 days off and sick leave.
