About the Opportunity:

A Senior Manager is needed to lead Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy and operating cadence across acquisition, activation, monetization, and high-value customer growth. This senior individual contributor role involves internal strategy ownership, cross-functional influence, and direct executive exposure.

Responsibilities:

‱ Own PLG strategy and operating priorities across acquisition, activation, monetization, and customer growth

‱ Lead annual and quarterly planning, including target setting, scenario analysis, and tradeoffs

‱ Partner with senior leadership to drive prioritization, investment decisions, and alignment

‱ Prepare PLG executive reviews with insights synthesis, storyline development, and executive-ready materials

‱ Translate complex analyses into clear, decision-oriented narratives for leadership

‱ Shape problem framing and solution direction as a thought partner to senior stakeholders

‱ Inform product roadmap priorities with growth insights, customer behavior, and activation patterns

‱ Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on go-to-market strategy, campaign focus, and execution plans

‱ Diagnose acquisition and activation funnel performance, identifying root causes and improvement opportunities

‱ Establish a hypothesis-driven approach to experimentation and performance improvement

‱ Ensure learnings are operationalized in roadmap, GTM, or execution changes

‱ Manage cross-functional progress by coordinating dependencies, sequencing, and timelines

‱ Elevate unresolved dependencies and blockers with clear options and recommendations

‱ Ensure PLG metrics and analyses support leadership decision-making and prioritization

‱ Guide evolution from volume-based metrics toward value, usage, and customer-level outcomes

‱ Partner with data and engineering teams to maintain analytical rigor and consistent definitions

‱ Own analytical outcomes end-to-end, balancing direct execution and partnership with data teams

Requirements:

‱ Experience leading strategy, growth, or operating initiatives with accountability for business outcomes, preferably in high-growth SaaS or technology

‱ Ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive work forward in complex, cross-functional environments

‱ Strong analytical skills, comfortable working directly with data, designing analyses, and evaluating experiments

‱ Proficiency in SQL for data exploration, spreadsheet modeling, and structured slide development for executive audiences

‱ Executive-level communication skills with clear, rigorous, and detailed slide material production

‱ Ability to influence without authority and operate with high ownership and autonomy
