About the Opportunity:
A Senior Manager is needed to lead Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy and operating cadence across acquisition, activation, monetization, and high-value customer growth. This senior individual contributor role involves internal strategy ownership, cross-functional influence, and direct executive exposure.
Responsibilities:
âą Own PLG strategy and operating priorities across acquisition, activation, monetization, and customer growth
âą Lead annual and quarterly planning, including target setting, scenario analysis, and tradeoffs
âą Partner with senior leadership to drive prioritization, investment decisions, and alignment
âą Prepare PLG executive reviews with insights synthesis, storyline development, and executive-ready materials
âą Translate complex analyses into clear, decision-oriented narratives for leadership
âą Shape problem framing and solution direction as a thought partner to senior stakeholders
âą Inform product roadmap priorities with growth insights, customer behavior, and activation patterns
âą Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on go-to-market strategy, campaign focus, and execution plans
âą Diagnose acquisition and activation funnel performance, identifying root causes and improvement opportunities
âą Establish a hypothesis-driven approach to experimentation and performance improvement
âą Ensure learnings are operationalized in roadmap, GTM, or execution changes
âą Manage cross-functional progress by coordinating dependencies, sequencing, and timelines
âą Elevate unresolved dependencies and blockers with clear options and recommendations
âą Ensure PLG metrics and analyses support leadership decision-making and prioritization
âą Guide evolution from volume-based metrics toward value, usage, and customer-level outcomes
âą Partner with data and engineering teams to maintain analytical rigor and consistent definitions
âą Own analytical outcomes end-to-end, balancing direct execution and partnership with data teams
Requirements:
âą Experience leading strategy, growth, or operating initiatives with accountability for business outcomes, preferably in high-growth SaaS or technology
âą Ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive work forward in complex, cross-functional environments
âą Strong analytical skills, comfortable working directly with data, designing analyses, and evaluating experiments
âą Proficiency in SQL for data exploration, spreadsheet modeling, and structured slide development for executive audiences
âą Executive-level communication skills with clear, rigorous, and detailed slide material production
âą Ability to influence without authority and operate with high ownership and autonomy
