Senior Frontend Developer (React / TypeScript)

Reva Group is looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to help drive the evolution of the user experience across our rental platforms operating in more than 55 markets. You will collaborate closely with frontend and backend leadership to build performant, scalable, and maintainable interfaces using modern React and TypeScript. This role requires someone who can take ownership of complex frontend challenges, translate product goals into well-structured solutions, and contribute to raising the technical standards of the team. We're looking for a developer who brings technical depth, strong judgment, and a proactive, product-focused mindset — someone comfortable navigating ambiguity and delivering results without heavy direction. What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable frontend applications using React and TypeScript
• Take ownership of complex UI and architectural initiatives from concept through production
• Design efficient, maintainable component structures and contribute to shared libraries
• Collaborate closely with backend developers and product stakeholders
• Drive solution design that balances performance, scalability, and usability
• Contribute to testing strategies and quality assurance practices
• Support and guide other developers through reviews and technical discussions
• Continuously improve development workflows, tooling, and frontend architecture

What We're Looking For

• Very strong proficiency in TypeScript
• Strong experience with React
• Working knowledge of Node.js
• Experience building and maintaining component libraries
• Familiarity with AWS fundamentals
• Experience using Docker
• Ability to design efficient and scalable frontend solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience applying automated testing approaches in practice
• Experience working in a self-organizing Scrum team
• A proactive, product-oriented mindset and strong ownership mentality

• Experience incorporating AI tools/workflows into daily development
• Experience with Next.js (v15+)
• Experience with Playwright
• Familiarity with Tailwind
• Experience working in CI/CD environments with frequent production deployments (e.g., trunk-based development)
• Broader exposure to Agile development practices
