You’re joining at the ideal moment: early enough to make an impact, stable enough to focus on quality. 🔧 The role This role is open to Frontend or Full-Stack Engineers. You’ll work on customer-facing mobile and web experiences in React, React Native, and TypeScript. The backend is shifting from Kotlin to Elm, with a focus on functional programming and long-term maintainability. You'll join a collaborative, high-performance team that pairs regularly and keeps feedback flowing. 💼 Responsibilities

• Build and improve key wallet features across mobile and web
• Help shape architecture and engineering practices
• Write scalable, well-tested code in TypeScript (and Elm if you're keen)
• Pair program with engineers and contribute to a high-trust team dynamic

✅ What they’re looking for

• 5+ years of frontend or full-stack development experience
• Strong command of React and TypeScript
• History of exceptional performance — academically, professionally, or through personal achievements
• Curiosity about DeFi and web3 (you don’t need to be an expert)

🌟 Bonus points

• Experience with Elm or other functional languages
• Familiarity with Kotlin
• Ability to build UIs from Figma designs
