Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer
Compensation: $170,000-$200,000+10% Bonus and full-time benefits/PTO

What You'll Bring
Technical Skills
- Comfortable working across multiple of the following: JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Express, React, React Native, Expo, Vue, Vite, CSS, Redis, and Docker.
- Solid experience with APIs, cloud infrastructure (AWS), SOA, SaaS architecture, messaging systems, stream processing, and SQL data stores.
- Ability to read, evaluate, and reason about complex SQL — including query optimization and data structure analysis.
- Familiarity with containerization and scaling of SaaS platform services.
- Working knowledge of functional programming principles and software analysis techniques.
Engineering Mindset
- Experience building and launching new products from concept to market.
- Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate workflows — including code review, technical planning, and implementation scaffolding — while maintaining full ownership and accountability over code quality and correctness.
- Passionate about solving the right problems, in the right way, at the right time.
- Equally comfortable giving and receiving feedback, and consistently demonstrates growth in their craft.
What You'll Do
- Translate business strategy and operating models into long-term technical product strategy using gap analysis and forward-looking architectural thinking.
- Ensure technical capabilities — both product and platform — align with evolving business needs and goals.
- Communicate goals, metrics, and value propositions clearly across the Engineering organization.
- Drive design, development, and support of new and existing products in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Mentor and support team members working through complex use cases and system design challenges, while leading technical change and transformation.
- Deep-dive into applications and data stores to surface meaningful insights: profiling, tracing, operational intelligence, customer experience visualizations, and proactive trend analyses.
Qualifications
- 5–10 solid years in engineering, product, or technical delivery (depth matters more than the number)
Education:
- BS in Computer Science, IT, or related field
