Role Overview

We are looking for a self‑reliant Senior .NET + React Developer to join our team working in an international, English‑speaking environment. The role focuses primarily on backend development within the Azure and .NET ecosystem and React +Svelte on the frontend activities.

Your responsibilities will include both new feature development (around 40%) and ongoing maintenance (around 60%) of existing solutions.

You will work in a standard Agile setup with 2‑week sprints and short daily stand‑ups (15–20 minutes). The position is full‑time, following typical business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain fullstack applications using React on the frontend and .NET on the backend
• Build and maintain scalable REST APIs and backend services Work with MS SQL Server, including complex queries and data models
• Actively participate in performance troubleshooting and optimization of existing systems
• Analyze and resolve performance issues related to: slow SQL queries, inefficient resource usage (CPU, memory, I/O), application and database bottlenecks
• Contribute to frontend applications built with Svelte / SvelteKit
• Collaborate with DevOps teams using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices
• Apply AI tools and LLMs to improve development efficiency, automation, and code quality

Requirements (Must Have)

• Strong commercial experience as a Fullstack Developer
• Excellent knowledge of React (mandatory)
• Strong experience with .NET (ASP.NET Core, Web API)
• Hands‑on experience with MS SQL Server
• Proven experience with Svelte or SvelteKit (production experience required)
• Performance & Optimization Demonstrated experience in performance‑critical projects & Strong understanding of identifying and resolving database and application bottlenecks
• Ability to diagnose and improve systems with existing performance issues
• Open and proactive approach to using AI in software development Applying AI for: code generation and refactoring, debugging and problem analysis, development automation and productivity improvements
• Ability to work independently without requiring constant guidance
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Good communication skills and fluency in English (daily communication)

Nice to Have

• Infrastructure & IaC: Experience or strong exposure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts
• Fintech industry experience
