Product Architect

Pay Rate: $110/h on w2 (NOT Open to C2C or 1099)

Work Location: Remote, US

Contract duration: 3 months

As a Product Architect, you will actively engage in your software architecture craft, taking a hands-on approach to multiple high-visibility projects. Your expertise will be pivotal in delivering solutions that delight customers and users, while also driving tangible value for the client’s business investments. You will leverage your extensive engineering craftsmanship and advanced proficiency across multiple programming languages and modern frameworks, consistently demonstrating your exemplary track record in delivering high-quality, outcome-focused solutions. The ideal candidate will be a role model and engineering mentor, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy advanced software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product architecture, ensuring technical integrity and alignment with business goals and engineering standards.

• Design and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions while remaining hands-on with design, configuration, and code review.

• Support engineering teams during sprints, resolving technical blockers and ensuring solution feasibility.

• Drive modern engineering practices (Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, OOD/OOP) and actively reduce technical debt.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance feasibility, usability, and business value.

• Translate user and product needs into lean, outcome-driven architectural solutions.

• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly, influencing stakeholders and driving alignment.

• Rapidly acquire domain knowledge and convert functional and UX requirements into actionable technical designs.

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to handle diverse situations, complex projects, and changing priorities, behaving with passion, empathy, and care.

• Prior software engineering and product architecture/design experience with understanding of Business Context Diagrams (BCD), sequence/activity/state/ER/DFD diagrams, OOP/OOD, data-structures, algorithms, code instrumentations, etc.

• Prior experience using methodologies & tools like XP, Lean, SAFe, DevSecOps, SRE, ADO, GitHub, SonarQube, etc. to deliver high quality products rapidly.

Experience:

• 10+ years proven experience with programming languages like Angular, React, NodeJS, Python, Streamlit, C#, .NET Core, Golang, SQL/NoSQL, unit testing frameworks with 5 years’ experience in architecting enterprise solutions.

• 5+ years’ experience in architecting enterprise solutions.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud-native engineering, using FaaS/PaaS/micro-services on cloud hyper-scalers like Azure (mandatory), AWS, and GCP.

• 3+ years of experience with AI/ML and GenAI.
