In this role, you will build and deploy the intelligent AI systems that sit at the core of a transformative platform.

Through close collaboration with the Technology Leadership Team, you’ll own end-to-end feature delivery - from advanced LLM agents and models through backend services and APIs all the way to seamless TypeScript/React front-end integration - directly influencing how complex business processes are optimised.

Location: Fully remote role across Germany (HQ in Berlin if you wanted to visit!)Salary: Fixed salary up to €120kThe role:

• Lead the development of sophisticated agentic AI systems that orchestrate multi-step reasoning to master complex, real-world business workflows in a high-stakes B2B environment.
• Own the complete product lifecycle of AI features, shipping from model/agent through backend services, APIs and full integration into the production TypeScript/React web application.
• Continuously iterate on ranking, search and retrieval systems that power intelligent matching and discovery capabilities.
• Refine and productionise prediction models that estimate fair costs and optimise decision-making in dynamic markets.
• Design robust offline evaluations and run online A/B tests to drive metrics-led iteration and continuous improvement of all deployed ML/AI systems.

Who we’re looking for:

• 5+ years writing production-grade Python with clean, well-structured and maintainable code.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React and Node.js with proven experience shipping full-stack features end-to-end into production web apps.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering complete AI/ML features (not just models) from research code through to real users in a live web application.
• Deep hands-on expertise building and deploying LLM/agentic systems including RAG, tool use, multi-step reasoning and rigorous evaluation frameworks.
