Jobs > Lead FS (Golang/React) Developer with AI We’re looking for a Senior Lead Full-Stack Developer to join our team building a state-of-the-art insurance fraud detection SaaS platform. You’ll work on a modern, scalable stack with a strong emphasis on high-performance backend services, AI integration, and multi-tenant architecture. Project Overview We are driving innovation to combat insurance fraud through data-driven solutions. Our goal is to deliver a scalable, configurable, and intelligent platform that provides real-time detection and automation for a global client base. About The Role As a Technical Lead, you will serve as the visionary for a high-performing development team. You will balance hands-on engineering with strategic leadership, overseeing the technical roadmap and ensuring the platform’s evolution meets rigorous security and performance standards. Tech Stack Golang, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, gRPC, Azure Services, Azure Kubernetes (AKS), Azure Redis, Azure Blob, Azure CI/CD, REST, SQL/PL-SQL, Tailwind, Docker, ADO (Azure DevOps), Gen AI (Microsoft Copilot, Cursor IDE), Meilisearch, Multi-tenant architecture, Microservices. What You’ll Do

• Drive Technical Vision: Own end-to-end technical decisions, balancing modular platform design with long-term scalability and flexibility.
• Lead & Mentor: Supervise and review the work of a distributed full-stack team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and shared ownership.
• Engineer Core Services: Develop high-performance backend services in Golang and collaborate on React frontends while managing complex gRPC communication.
• Integrate AI Capabilities: Partner with data science teams to implement Gen AI features and advanced search functionality to enhance fraud detection accuracy.
• Optimize Data & Infrastructure: Oversee PostgreSQL optimization and manage cloud-native deployments within Azure Kubernetes (AKS).
• Ensure Engineering Excellence: Advocate for rigorous code reviews, security protocols, and automated testing to maintain a robust CI/CD lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software development with a focus on full-stack architecture.
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring cross-functional, distributed development teams.
• Expertise in Golang and React/TypeScript within a microservices environment.
• Deep experience with Azure cloud services, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and relational databases.
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience resolving critical, client-impacting technical challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
