API Microservices (MACH) Architect with strong technical understanding of AWS Lambda Serverless solutions to the online commerce, consumer products or retail sector. Remote working, UK based candidates. Ideally commercetools, bigcommerce or enterprise API based cloud software in online retail, B2C consumer products.

Technical Architect (software solutions) for composable commerce solution, based on commercetools or big commerce, Algolia Search, Amplience, Fluent OMS

🔰 Experience:

• 5+ years at architect / lead engineering level developing software in a highly challenging technical enterprise environment
• Experience as a Solution architect / architectural advisory within a cloud-native and/or ecommerce environment
• Full Stack JavaScript software, Typescript, node, next, react
• API First / Headless applications
• Experience developing using event driven architecture
• Demonstrable experience with AWS
• Understanding CI/CD in a microservice environment
• Experience with a commerce platform (commercetools experience is a plus)
• Deep knowledge of best practices in developing for the web
• event driven architecture and using cloud native tools building extensive business capabilities
• sharing knowledge of composable commerce and cloud native technologies with the wider team

🔰 Beneficial:

• AWS Certifications
• Client facing consultancy as an architect, lead developer or solutions engineer
• Terraform or CloudFormation infrastructure as code-based AWS deployment
• Jenkins / AWS CodePipeline, CI/CD pipelines, AWS CodeBuild
• B2C digital transformation programmes, ideally in online retail / eCommerce or Direct to Consumer initiatives.
