Role Description
We're hiring a Software Engineering Intern to work directly on the core product: a web app, a mobile app, and the financial infrastructure underneath both. You'll ship real features, not busywork. Expect to touch backend, frontend, API integrations, and security, working directly with the founder on what gets built and how.
Location:
Remote. Great fit for someone based in NYC or open to occasional in-person collaboration.
Compensation:
$45/hour.
Qualifications
- Strong software engineering skills, especially in JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Comfortable with data: storing it, securing it, analyzing it, and dabbling in ML when it's useful.
- Experience building web applications, even personal or class projects.
Nice to Have
- Strong interest in startups or entrepreneurship.
- An eye for marketing, branding, or design.
- You build stuff in your free time because you like to, not because you have to.
- Prior fintech experience or comfort handling sensitive data.
