About The Role We are seeking a talented Staff Frontend Engineer to join our team and help shape the future of our B2B SaaS platform. This highly impactful role requires a hands-on engineer with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences, designing scalable frontend systems, and integrating AI-native workflows into product development. You will own critical areas of our frontend architecture, influence UI and interaction standards, and champion best practices in usability, performance, and maintainability. Your expertise will directly impact how we deliver polished, customer-centric solutions that meet the complex needs of the insurance industry. Collaboration across design, product, and engineering teams is essential, and you will play a key role in mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of craftsmanship and innovation. Qualifications

• Extensive experience building and scaling complex modern web applications and frontend systems
• Deep expertise in frontend architecture, component systems, state management, and performance optimization
• Proficiency with modern AI engineering and design tooling (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.)
• Strong design sensibility with a focus on UX quality, accessibility, interaction design, responsiveness, and visual precision
• Experience designing scalable UI architectures and maintaining consistency across large products and teams
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality, maintainable, and performant software in production environments
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, low-ego approach to teamwork
• Ability to think systemically and balance rapid execution with high standards for quality
• Product thinking and engineering judgment that prioritize customer needs and business goals

Responsibilities

• Own major areas of the frontend architecture, making decisions around scalability, performance, and user experience consistency
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools daily to accelerate UI development, prototyping, debugging, and testing processes
• Define and implement how AI can enhance both product features and internal frontend workflows
• Design and develop polished, production-ready interfaces from initial concepts and prototypes
• Write, test, and deploy high-quality frontend code with a focus on responsiveness, accessibility, and maintainability
• Architect reusable UI components, libraries, and abstractions to enable rapid and consistent product development at scale
• Collaborate closely with design, product, backend, and data teams to deliver seamless, customer-focused experiences
• Leverage customer feedback, analytics, and experimentation to continuously improve usability and interaction quality
• Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of craftsmanship, speed, and ownership within the frontend team
