About The Role We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team remotely, with the flexibility to work from the United States or Canada. This role involves leading the end-to-end design of our innovative legal platform, which is evolving from an AI co-pilot into a comprehensive workflow orchestration system for legal teams. As a key member of our product team, you will address complex AI design challenges such as creating intuitive multi-agent workflows, designing interfaces that effectively surface insights from large datasets, and developing trust signals that allow lawyers to delegate tasks confidently to AI systems. You will collaborate closely with founders, customers, and engineers to define and implement the visual and interaction language of our product, ensuring a seamless and user-centric experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of legal technology by translating dense legal workflows into clean, accessible interfaces that empower legal professionals to work more efficiently and accurately. Qualifications
- 2–5 years of product design experience within B2B SaaS, enterprise, or workflow/productivity companies
- Strong proficiency in Figma, with experience contributing to design systems
- Technical comfort with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or React, or a background in computer science or equivalent technical education
- Exceptional visual and interaction design skills, including clear hierarchy, thoughtful motion, and attention to detail
- Experience shipping features end-to-end, from initial concept to final implementation
- Ability to rapidly iterate based on user feedback and data, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong ownership mentality, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive AI-native workflows, including prompt inputs, agent outputs, streaming responses, citations, confidence signals, and trust cues
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to deliver features on a weekly basis, from initial exploration to pixel-perfect handoff
- Prototype innovative AI interaction patterns such as chat interfaces, multi-agent systems, document review tools, and automations to validate ideas prior to development
- Maintain and extend the design system within Figma to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across the product
- Engage regularly with in-house legal users to understand their workflows, identify pain points, and determine how AI can best assist or improve their processes
- Translate complex legal workflows into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that feel natural and obvious to users
