About the Opportunity:
The SENIOR FULL-STACK DEVELOPER will lead the design, development, and scaling of the AXIS platform, delivering end-to-end software solutions that integrate front-end and back-end technologies. This role is critical in translating complex financial requirements into efficient, reliable systems, contributing to the organization’s ability to grow and maintain regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, and maintain front-end (React) and back-end (Java/Spring Boot) components.
- Develop new features involving UI/UX, APIs, business logic, and system integrations.
- Translate business and financial requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Implement complex financial logic and build dashboards and reporting tools.
- Design and evolve system architecture for growth and maintainability.
- Optimize performance across front-end and back-end systems.
- Ensure compliance with fintech regulatory standards and build resilient systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver features and improve development processes.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and uphold code quality standards.
- Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and cloud infrastructure.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with full-stack development.
- Strong hands-on experience with React and Java/Spring Boot.
- Proficiency in React hooks, state management, and component architecture.
- Knowledge of Java, dependency injection, and REST API design.
- Understanding of microservices or monolithic architectures.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes preferred).
- Knowledge of application security best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level developers.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- Salary range $110,000—$150,000 USD commensurate with experience, skills, and location.
