Job Details:Position: Senior Web Application Developer - HealthcareLocation: Tallahassee, FL 32399 (Remote)Duration: 12+ months with possible extensionsINTERVIEW= VirtualJOB TYPE= RemoteCONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Five years of experience with object-oriented development techniques and Microsoft .Net Core, Model view-controller (MVC), NuGet, Git, React, and Entity Framework.

Five years of experience Web application server system administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

Five years of experience with Qlik or Logi, or Tableau or Crystal reports to meet user-defined requirements.

Five years of experience in change management best practices, serving in a code promotion role in partnership with development team.

Five years of experience with Source Control systems such as Visual Studio Team Services or Team Foundation Server or Azure DevOps.

Five years of experience with software build and release management methodologies.

Five years of experience with development of Web Application program interfaces (API) or Web Services to implement real time interfaces.

Five years of experience in healthcare IT domain using Agile Software development framework.

Three years of experience with developing and maintaining software development pipelines in Azure DevOps. One year knowledge and experience with Prenatal Risk Screening application

CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIESSERVICE TASKS: Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified:

Daily and at the direction of the Department, develop and deliver code to perform system functions as defined in use requirements for the Maternal and Child Health Section Prenatal Screening project (Project).

Daily and at the direction of the Department, test application code for the Project.

Daily and at the direction of the Department, perform testing on system changes to meet user- defined requirements for the Project.

Daily and at the direction of the Department, facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with the business program staff for the Project.

Daily and at the direction of the Department, produce work estimates to implement user- defined requirements and system changes for the Project.

Daily and at the direction of the Department, develop ad-hoc queries on MSSQL Databases for the Project.

Daily and at the direction of the Department, design model objects (tables, views, indexes) for the Project.

Daily and at the direction of the Department, develop new DB objects in Transact-SQL (T-SQL) in support of programming for the Project.

Daily and at the direction of the Department manage production promotion for application and SQL for the Project.

Daily and at the direction of the Department, add and update Product Backlog items and complete tasks for the Project.

Daily and at the direction of the Department, process changes tickets to implement system changes for the Project.

Daily and at the direction of the Department, provide change management in a code promotion role in partnership with development team for the Project.

Daily and at the direction of the Department, provide analytical services on systems to implement user-defined requirements for the Project.

Daily and at the direction of the Department, participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospective, and review meetings for the Project.

Daily and at the direction of the Department, develop and document code per Department's Division of Disease Control and Health Promotion (DCHP)'s development standards for the Project.

Daily, at the direction of the Department, and in collaboration with Department's DCHP information technology teams, design, develop, and code based on business requirements for the DCHP Master Person Index (MPI) project as part of the overall strategic effort for integration and interoperability of its systems and software.

Daily and at the direction of the Department, work with the Department's DCHP's resources to standardize collection and storage of DCHP shared data daily as requested by the Department.
