What you'll actually do
- Build consumer products with React, Next.js, React Native and TypeScript
- Own features from idea → architecture → production
- Build across search, discovery and personalisation
- Turn AI and recommendations into intuitive customer experiences
- Work across Node.js and Python/FastAPI services when needed
- Shape the architecture and standards future engineers inherit
Who they're looking for:
- 3–6 years shipping products used by real customers
- Proven in high-bar consumer tech, VC-backed startups/scale-ups or global technology companies
- Excellent React/TypeScript/Next.js, with strong Node.js/full-stack capability
- Evidence you've outperformed your level through rapid progression, early ownership or high-impact work
- Strong technical/academic foundations are a plus
- You want startup life: ownership, pace, ambiguity and responsibility
