**Votre rôle**

Dans le cadre du développement de ses projets numériques, NELIXAIR souhaite renforcer son équipe technique VOMC par l’intégration d’un Développeur Fullstack bénévole. Cette mission s’inscrit dans une dynamique d’accélération du développement de la plateforme et de consolidation des fonctionnalités existantes.

Le rôle consiste à contribuer activement à la conception, au développement et à l’optimisation des fonctionnalités front-end et back-end de l’écosystème NELIXAIR, en collaboration étroite avec les autres bénévoles techniques et les Product Owners.

Vous intervenez au sein de l’équipe VOMC, sous la coordination du pôle IT, en participant aux travaux techniques, aux échanges collectifs et à l’amélioration continue des pratiques et des outils de développement.

**Responsabilités**

*   Participer au développement des fonctionnalités front-end de la plateforme.
*   Concevoir et optimiser des interfaces utilisateur performantes et responsives.
*   Contribuer au développement back-end et à l’intégration d’API.

Your impact

We are seeking a talented and experienced **Senior Fullstack Developer** to join our team. In this role, you will help design, build, and maintain end-to-end features for **TeamsMaestro** and **MailMaestro**, working across both frontend and backend systems. You’ll collaborate closely with product and engineering to deliver reliable, scalable, and user-friendly experiences. What you’ll do

*   Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end features across frontend and backend for TeamsMaestro and MailMaestro.
*   Build and evolve backend services and APIs, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
*   Develop responsive, intuitive user interfaces and ensure a high-quality user experience across web applications.
*   Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, improve application reliability, and maintain high code quality through testing and reviews.
*   Work closely with product, design, and other engineers to translate requirements into well-crafted technical solutions.

Who we’re looking for

*   Proven experience building and maintaining fullstack web applications in production.
*   Strong expertise in **Python** and **Django**.
*   Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks such as **React**.
*   Experience integrating or running LLM-based features in production environments.
*   Solid understanding of application performance, scalability, and observability (logging, monitoring, error tracking).

**Nice to Have**

*   Experience using AI coding assistants or IDEs such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.
*   Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and Microsoft 365 integrations.
*   An eye for detail and a strong sense for building polished, user-friendly interfaces.
