# Sr. Full Stack Web Developer – Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript
## About the Role
CGS Business Solutions is seeking a **Senior Full Stack Web Developer** for a remote, full-time opportunity. The role focuses on building and enhancing modern, scalable web applications using **React, TypeScript, Next.js, and Node.js**, with applications deployed on AWS and integrated with backend databases and external services.
You will work across frontend and backend development, API integrations, application architecture, performance, security, and maintainability. The role also involves collaborating with Product, UX, and QA teams, participating in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to development standards and best practices.
## Key Responsibilities
* Build and enhance modern web applications using **React, TypeScript, Next.js, and Node.js**.
* Develop applications deployed on **AWS** and integrated with backend databases.
* Design, develop, and maintain frontend and backend applications using open-source technologies, frameworks, and APIs.
* Architect and implement integrations between **Salesforce** and external applications and services.
* Design and develop robust backend API services using Node.js.
* Develop and integrate APIs using **REST, SOAP, and GraphQL**.
* Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability meet enterprise standards.
* Collaborate with Product, UX, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features on schedule.
* Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices and standards.
* Mentor junior developers and support technical knowledge sharing.
## Required Qualifications
* **7+ years of professional web application development experience**.
* Proven experience building scalable, modern web applications using:
* React
* TypeScript
* Node.js
* Next.js preferred
* Strong backend development experience with **Node.js**, including robust API service design and implementation.
* Strong experience developing and integrating APIs using **REST and SOAP**.
* Practical experience with **RESTful and GraphQL APIs**.
* Experience with modern **DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based workflows**.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
## Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with **AWS or other cloud platforms** for application hosting and integration.
