🚀 We’re Hiring: Full Stack Developer – POS Software (Node.js + React + Azure)

📍 Location: Leicester (Remote)

📅 Type: Internship (Unpaid for 3 months with full-time opportunity after evaluation)

Are you a startup-minded, hands-on Full Stack Developer who loves building real products from the ground up?

We’re developing a next-gen POS platform and looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership, and wants to grow alongside a product that's scaling.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design & develop full-stack applications using Node.js and React.js
• Build scalable REST APIs and manage relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server)
• Craft responsive, intuitive UI with React and Tailwind CSS (or similar)
• Integrate Power BI dashboards and analytics
• Deploy & manage applications on Microsoft Azure (App Services, SQL, Blob Storage, etc.)
• Set up robust CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
• Ensure performance, security, and reliability at scale
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and QA teams
• Own your code – write clean, testable, and well-documented solutions
• Monitor production systems and resolve real-world issues fast

🧠 Who You Are:

• 3+ years as a Full Stack Developer
• Proficient in Node.js, Express, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Solid front-end skills in React, Redux or Context API
• Experience with MySQL & SQL Server
• Familiar with embedding Power BI into web apps
• Comfortable deploying and maintaining cloud apps on Azure
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
• Knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth/JWT, Git, Agile/Scrum

✨ Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in POS systems or Retail SaaS products
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, especially on Azure AKS
• Understanding of Azure Monitor, Application Insights
• Built or contributed to multi-tenant SaaS platforms
• Familiarity with serverless architecture using Azure Functions

🎓 Education:

Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
