About Us

Valora Earth is building an AI agronomist to help small and medium sized farmers worldwide transition to regenerative agriculture. We aim to build the easiest to use yet most powerful farming assistant to tens of millions of overlooked farmers throughout the globe - from the pastures of Oklahoma to the coffee plantations of Indonesia.

We’re a small, passionate team who prioritizes outcomes over work hours and work life balance over vanity metrics.

About the Position

• Part-time (~40 hours a month) with the opportunity to convert to full-time within 6 months
• Cash and equity compensation

What We Look For

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering
• 1+ years of experience in owning or maintaining a major user facing piece of software
• Expertise in Python, Django, React, and Tailwind
• Passion about the natural world

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain our web based product application from end to end
• Work on the cutting edge of AI application development
• Support mobile app development with React native
• Build software features that reduce the time from user question to system answer
• Build software features that help users collaborate with their teams
• And a bunch of other things :)
