Technical Lead (AWS & AI Engineering)
Location: Remote
Role Summary
Lead the design, development, and delivery of cloud-native and AI-enabled solutions supporting underwriting, document intake, workflow automation, and submission processing. Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and hands-on development support across cross-functional teams.
Required Skills
- Minimum 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- 2+ years of experience in building the AI solutions
- Experience integrating AI services using AWS Bedrock and Claude.
- Strong experience with TypeScript and Node.js. or C#/NET
- Developing Agents using python.
- Experience developing React-based web applications.
- Strong AWS experience.
- Experience designing and implementing cloud-native applications.
- API design and integration experience.
- System design and architectural decision-making experience.
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Prompt engineering and AI workflow design.
- Document ingestion solutions.
