Tech Lead – Digital & Customer Platforms
We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead / Technical Architect to join a leading international entertainment and leisure organisation, taking a key role across its digital and customer technology landscape.
This is a senior, hands-on position spanning technology strategy, architecture and engineering, with responsibility for helping shape the future direction of web, apps, customer and marketing platforms.
You will work closely with product teams, technology leadership and strategic engineering partners to define architecture, establish engineering principles and ensure solutions are scalable, resilient and cloud-first.
Key experience:
- Strong background in digital and customer platform architecture
- Enterprise Sitecore experience, ideally including modern/headless implementations
- Strong understanding of modern web architecture and technologies such as .NET, React, Next.js
- Azure and cloud infrastructure experience
- Strong DevOps, CI/CD and engineering best-practice knowledge
- Experience working with and challenging third-party engineering partners and vendors
- Experience owning technical roadmaps and making architecture decisions
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate across senior leadership, product and engineering teams
- Ability to remain technically hands-on while operating at a strategic level

Rate: £650 per day – Outside IR35
