About The Role The Technical Architect - Front End at Veeva Systems is a pivotal role responsible for defining and shaping the front-end development landscape of the company’s cloud software solutions. This role involves leading the design and implementation of scalable, efficient, and reusable front-end systems that serve tens of thousands of users daily. The candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including platform developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers, to ensure seamless integration and high-quality user experiences. As a technical leader, the architect will establish best practices, develop development patterns, and serve as a mentor to front-end developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. The role is critical in driving technological excellence, ensuring code quality, and promoting the efficient sharing of components and frameworks across multiple enterprise applications. The successful candidate will have a strong background in modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills to lead technical initiatives effectively. Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant front-end development experience, including full-stack development
• Proven experience in defining and implementing scalable frameworks for enterprise web applications
• Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React and its ecosystem
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS abstractions, and front-end architecture
• Experience in designing pattern libraries and style guides to enforce best practices
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Proven leadership and mentorship abilities, with a focus on team development
• Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment, aligned with PST or MST time zones

• Architect and develop efficient, reusable front-end systems to support complex web applications
