About The Role We are seeking a highly experienced Staff Frontend Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining developer-facing SDKs and user-facing applications that facilitate seamless wallet integrations. Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers, you will craft high-performance, reliable, and intuitive frontend architectures that support our mission to embed wallets deeply into fintech and Web3 applications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to own the entire frontend system, influence product direction, and work directly with developer communities to enhance the usability and functionality of our tools. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript, and will be passionate about building scalable, maintainable, and performant frontend systems. You will engage in cross-functional collaboration, contribute to shaping the future of wallet integration, and support the developer ecosystem through excellent documentation and tooling. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, remote-first environments and is eager to impact the way digital money is built and used across the globe. Qualifications

• 7 to 10+ years of frontend engineering experience, with a focus on production-grade React applications and JavaScript SDKs
• Proven experience architecting and scaling complex frontend systems emphasizing performance, reliability, and maintainability
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling and patterns
• Experience working directly with developer tools, SDKs, or APIs, and supporting engineering teams through documentation and tooling
• Excellent product sense with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver end-to-end features in collaboration with product and design teams
• Experience contributing to full-stack systems, including APIs, infrastructure, and data layers
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to thrive in remote and asynchronous work environments
• A passion for Web3, identity technologies, and building developer-focused tools

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable frontend architecture and SDKs using React and TypeScript
• Optimize JavaScript applications for performance, reliability, and bundle size
• Develop and maintain developer-facing SDKs and user-facing applications that support wallet integrations
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver high-quality features and tools
• Support developers and customers by providing comprehensive documentation and tooling
• Shape the long-term technical vision and roadmap for Dynamic’s frontend and SDK platforms
• Contribute to backend and infrastructure development when necessary, including APIs and deployment pipelines
• Engage with the developer community to gather feedback and improve SDK usability and performance
