Staff Software Engineer | Remote, U.S.
We’re partnering with an established software company seeking a Staff Software Engineer to help build and scale its SaaS, e-commerce, and consumer-facing applications. This is a hands-on role with ownership across architecture, new feature development, and technical direction.
You’ll work across the full stack, partner with business teams, mentor engineers, and help expand the use of AI tools and automation throughout the development process.
What you’ll do
- Own projects from requirements and design through development, testing, and release.
- Design scalable applications and distributed systems using C#, React, Azure, and SQL Server.
- Guide architectural decisions and improve application performance, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate across engineering and business teams to translate priorities into product improvements.
- Mentor engineers and establish strong development practices.
What we’re looking for
- Extensive software engineering experience, ideally 10+ years.
- Strong C#, React, SQL, and Azure experience.
- Experience delivering SaaS platforms, e-commerce products, or consumer-facing web applications and APIs.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture.
- Ability to own complex work independently and influence technical decisions across teams.
- Interest in applying AI development tools to improve engineering productivity.
