Salary: £110,000 - £120,000+ Stock Options

About the Role
Working with a Series B Tech startup within energy industry. We are looking for a Staff Full Stack Engineer to lead technical vision, architectural design, and execution across systems driving their expansion. You will build high-impact backend infrastructure, automate tendering workflows, design deal-gating risk tooling, and deploy agentic workflows.

Required Skills
- Proven track record as a Senior or Staff Engineer in a high-growth product organisation.
- Deep expertise in Python and AWS server-less architecture.
- Strong background in complex, integration-heavy system design.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments.
Preferred Skills
- Bonus: Background in climate tech, renewable energy, fintech, or 0-to-1 product launches.
