Technical Lead

To further strengthen their engineering leadership team, they are seeking a Technical Lead to play a pivotal role in advancing their mission of enhancing industry outcomes through relentless innovation. Combining strong hands-on development expertise with technical leadership, mentoring and architectural contribution, you'll help drive the evolution of the company's software platforms while delivering high-quality, secure, scalable and maintainable solutions.
About You You're a technically capable and collaborative leader who enjoys balancing hands-on development with mentoring and technical leadership. You thrive in remote environments, adapt quickly to changing priorities and are passionate about building high-quality software while helping others succeed.
You'll remain actively involved in software development while helping shape engineering standards, technical decision-making, platform architecture and continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with the Engineering Manager and broader team, you'll contribute to the delivery of robust, customer-focused solutions that support the company's continued growth and success.

What You'll Be Doing

• Contributing to CI/CD, DevOps and automation initiatives
• Improving platform scalability, reliability and performance
• Supporting cloud-based solutions and Azure-hosted environments

  
Essential Skills & Experience

• 8+ years' software development experience
• Previous experience as a Senior Developer, Lead Developer, Technical Lead, Engineering Manager or Solution Architect
• Strong commercial experience with:

• JavaScript / TypeScript
• Microsoft Azure
• Azure DevOps
