MERN Stack Solution Architect

Urgent & Critical Requirement
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive the lifecycle of complex software initiatives from initial scoping and requirements gathering through deployment and post-launch evaluation.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives; track team velocity, capacity, and sprint health.
- Bridge Engineering, Product, Design, and Business teams, translating business goals into technical execution.
- Contribute high-quality, production-ready code across the full MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Lead technical system design, evaluate architectural trade-offs, and ensure scalable, secure, and performant solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, establish engineering best practices, and champion testing and CI/CD automation.
- Debug complex full-stack issues, optimize database queries, and resolve production incidents with the engineering team.
- Identify technical/project blockers, manage cross-team dependencies, and protect the development team from scope creep.
- Mentor engineers, foster continuous learning, and elevate the team's technical standards.
Must-Have Qualifications & Skills
- 12+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 3+ years deeply working within the MERN stack.
- 3+ years in a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Manager, or Technical Lead capacity.
- Strong understanding of React.js state management including Redux, Context, etc., and Node.js backend development.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, Docker, and modern deployment pipelines.
- Proven experience managing Agile workflows (Scrum/Kanban) and using Jira, Linear, Asana, etc.
