About the Opportunity:
The LEAD MOBILE ENGINEER role is responsible for driving the design and development of high-performance mobile applications for iOS and Android. This position leads the creation of secure, intuitive user interfaces and cross-platform frameworks, ensuring scalable and reliable mobile solutions. The role contributes significantly by owning projects end-to-end, enhancing the mobile ecosystem through SDKs and developer tools, and delivering fintech-grade user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead design, architecture, and development of iOS and Android applications.
- Manage product features through all software development stages.
- Refine SDKs and cross-platform frameworks for integration.
- Implement user experience and security protocols for mobile wallets.
- Maintain engineering standards for performance, code quality, and security.
- Collaborate with product management and design teams to deliver features.
- Maintain documentation, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of professional experience in mobile software engineering.
- Expert proficiency in React Native and solid knowledge of native mobile development (Swift, Kotlin).
- Experience with cross-platform development and SDK architecture.
- Hands-on experience with WebAuthn, passkeys, and secure authentication.
- Proven record of shipping production-ready applications in fintech or blockchain.
- Strong product intuition and attention to UX details.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- Compensation: $140,000 to $220,000
