Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

2.About The Opportunity:

The Senior Full Stack Software Engineer role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications that impact millions of users. This position supports workflow management, integrations, analytics, and AI-driven features using cloud technologies. The engineer will contribute to modernizing legacy platforms into cloud-native solutions, enhancing operational efficiency and technical innovation within the organization.

3. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance enterprise applications using Java Spring Boot, React, and TypeScript

• Lead modernization efforts transitioning legacy Salesforce-based systems to cloud-native Java and React platforms

• Implement cloud-native solutions on AWS, including containerization and event-driven architectures

• Design and optimize relational databases and secure RESTful APIs

• Develop AI-enabled platform capabilities and automate workflows using approved AI tools

• Participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, and mentor junior engineers

• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams with architects, product owners, and stakeholders

• Troubleshoot and optimize production systems to meet security, scalability, and performance standards

4. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field

• 7+ years of software engineering experience

• Extensive experience with Java (including versions 17/21) and Spring Boot

• 3+ years developing web applications using React and TypeScript

• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs

• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL
