Brainverse specializes in developing custom AI agent solutions tailored for businesses ranging from small enterprises to those nearing $1 billion in revenue. Our innovative approach includes proprietary intellectual property as well as bespoke solutions crafted specifically for individual clients, such as agent teams integrated directly into their operational environments. Internally, Brainverse operates with over 100 AI agents managing functions across sales, marketing, delivery, and engineering within a proprietary development environment. This environment features shared memory, enforced guardrails, multi-model review processes, and automated quality gates on every change. Our ambitious roadmap offers more opportunities than our current team capacity, and this role is critical to advancing our vision.
About The Role
As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for building, securing, and maintaining AI-driven software solutions. Nearly all code is generated by AI agents, and you will oversee the entire lifecycle including architecture, quality assurance, security, and production performance. Your role involves guiding AI agents effectively by structuring tasks, validating outputs through multiple models, optimizing code, and ensuring system integrity as it scales. You will possess a comprehensive understanding of full-stack systems—from databases and interfaces to deployment pipelines—to make strategic decisions beyond the agents’ capabilities.
Working closely with the CEO, COO, Technical Project Manager, and client IT and engineering teams, you will translate clear project requirements into robust, secure, and scalable software. Your responsibilities will include client-facing technical discussions and ownership of the build process from inception through deployment and maintenance.
