About The Role
We are seeking an experienced React Developer to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity within the U.S. This full-time, direct W2 position offers an excellent opportunity to work on high-impact enterprise web applications that serve thousands of users. As a React Developer at Bright Vision Technologies, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern, scalable, and responsive Single Page Applications (SPAs). Your work will involve integrating front-end components with enterprise APIs, cloud-native services, and microservices architectures to deliver seamless user experiences across various devices and browsers. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and DevOps is essential to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional front-end development experience
- At least 4+ years of hands-on experience building enterprise applications with React
- Proficiency in React 18+ and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Strong TypeScript skills
- Deep understanding of React Hooks, Functional Components, Context API, Suspense, Error Boundaries, and component lifecycle methods
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux Toolkit, Redux, Zustand, React Query, or Context API
- Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, or CSS Modules
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL services
- Familiarity with authentication protocols including OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Azure Active Directory, Okta, or Auth0
- Understanding of responsive web design, accessibility standards (WCAG), semantic HTML, and cross-browser compatibility
- Experience working with modern build tools such as Vite, Webpack, Babel, npm, and Yarn
- Proficiency with version control systems like Git and collaboration platforms such as GitHub, Azure DevOps, GitLab, or Bitbucket
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using platforms like GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab CI
- Strong debugging skills with browser developer tools, Lighthouse, and performance profiling tools
- Experience consuming backend services built with .NET Core, Java Spring Boot, Node.js, or Python
- Experience working within Agile Scrum development environments
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Single Page Applications (SPAs) using React and TypeScript
- Create reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components following enterprise design standards
- Develop responsive web applications optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
- Integrate applications with RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and cloud-native backend platforms
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs from Figma or Adobe XD into accessible, pixel-perfect interfaces
- Implement efficient client-side state management strategies using Redux Toolkit, React Query, or Context API
- Optimize application performance through techniques such as lazy loading, code splitting, memoization, and virtualization
- Develop secure authentication and authorization workflows using OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Azure AD, Okta, or Auth0
- Implement real-time features utilizing WebSockets, SignalR, or Server-Sent Events (SSE)
- Create reusable custom hooks, utility libraries, and shared component packages to promote code consistency
- Conduct unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure application reliability and maintainability
- Participate in architecture and code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions within Agile teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, browser compatibility challenges, and front-end performance bottlenecks
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployment processes via CI/CD pipelines
