Job Title: Frontend ReactJS Consultant
Location: Fully Remote
Rate: £350/day (INSIDE IR35)
Contract Length: 6 Months (extendable)
Frontend ReactJS Consultant - Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of scalable frontend architectures using React, Next.js and TypeScript, ensuring solutions meet enterprise performance and maintainability standards.
- Develop reusable UI components, shared design systems and modular frontend solutions integrated with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Drive the adoption of AI-assisted development practices using Anthropic Claude and Claude Code to improve coding efficiency, testing, debugging and documentation.
- Establish engineering best practices across frontend performance, accessibility, security, automated testing and CI/CD processes.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership to distributed engineering teams, guiding architectural decisions and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
Frontend ReactJS Consultant - Required Experience
- 10+ years of frontend engineering experience, with expert-level knowledge of React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
- Strong practical experience with Adobe Experience Manager, including AEM Sites, Core Components, templates, client libraries and headless integrations using GraphQL or REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience using Anthropic Claude or Claude Code to support software development, code optimisation, refactoring and engineering productivity.
- Proven ability to design frontend architectures and reusable component libraries, with strong knowledge of web performance, WCAG accessibility, SEO and responsive design.
- Experience leading technical teams and implementing CI/CD and automated testing practices, alongside a good understanding of AWS or other cloud platforms and enterprise application delivery.
