Frontend Developer

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Intermediate Frontend Developer to support a company focused on modernizing financial data workflows and search platform capabilities through scalable web-based applications. This position is fully remote and candidates must be able to work East Coast (EST) hours. The Intermediate Frontend Developer will design and develop modern user interfaces that transform Excel-based processes into intuitive, data-driven web applications.

Responsibilities for the Intermediate Frontend Developer include:

• Develop responsive and scalable web interfaces for a Search platform using modern frontend technologies
• Design and implement intuitive user experiences to replace legacy Excel-based workflows
• Integrate frontend applications with FastAPI backend services and RESTful APIs
• Build data visualization solutions for financial positions, equity data, and other business-critical datasets
• Collaborate with frontend, backend, and full-stack developers to enhance application performance, usability, and scalability
  
  

Required Qualifications for the Intermediate Frontend Developer include:

• 3+ years of experience in frontend development and web application design
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular
• Strong Python background with knowledge of API integration and data-heavy applications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Must be able to obtain SEC Public Trust clearance
  
  

Compensation for the Intermediate Frontend Developer include:

Salary Range: $105,000 - $120,000 *depending on experience
