Job Details:
- Role: Senior React Developer / Lead Developer

Key Skills Required:
- Strong commercial experience with React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience developing responsive, accessible, and high-performance web applications.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SASS, REST APIs, and JSON services.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
- Familiarity with Git, modern build tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery.
- Experience developing reusable UI components, design systems, and enterprise-grade applications.
- Strong understanding of front-end security, performance optimisation, and scalable application architecture.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Pega Constellation, Pega DX APIs, Pega Platform, or Pega Customer Service.(Not Mandatory)
- Experience with enterprise case management, CRM, or low-code platforms.
- Active SC clearance or previous experience working on UK government or public sector projects.
