Join a banking transformation program at a global bank. You will help assess two banking platforms as part of a migration initiative, combining functional analysis with hands-on full stack development.
Your Role :
- Analyze the capabilities of two banking platforms and document functional gaps as part of a migration program
- Build and enhance front-end features in React and back-end services in Python
- Write and optimize SQL queries to analyze, map and validate data
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions alongside business and IT stakeholders
- Contribute to front-office functionality and migration deliverables in an agile team
What We’re Looking For :
- 2-3+ years of experience as a Software Developer on projects of similar complexity
- Experience in banking or financial services
- Full stack experience: React (front end) and Python (back end)
- Solid SQL skills
- Ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions
- Proactive, resourceful, self-driven, quick learner with strong problem-solving skills
Nice to have :
- Platform modernization or migration experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in multidisciplinary, agile environments
