About the Opportunity:
The FULL STACK SOFTWARE ENGINEER role focuses on designing and maintaining web applications across the full technology stack. This position is essential for delivering responsive user-facing features and robust back-end services that support the organization's health technology initiatives, contributing directly to improving the quality and scalability of digital health solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components of web applications
- Build user-facing features using modern front-end frameworks with clean and reusable code
- Develop server-side logic, APIs, and microservices to support application functionality
- Design and optimize database schemas and queries for relational and NoSQL databases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Write well-documented, testable code and participate in code reviews
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development and production environments
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and follow best practices for version control and deployment
- Ensure application security, scalability, and performance through monitoring and optimization
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years of experience developing full stack web applications
- At least 1 year experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
- At least 1 year experience with back-end development in languages like Node.js, Python, Java, C#, or Ruby
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs or GraphQL for at least 1 year
- Experience with database design and SQL or NoSQL databases for at least 1 year
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts for at least 1 year
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- The salary for this role ranges from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment
- Additional benefits include a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contributions, subject to eligibility
